About me
My mother and grandfather were both chefs and I spent years training as an in-home sous chef at their beck and call. I used to work in the restaurant business and even spent time traveling and fixing broken restaurants before it was cool enough to have a television show. I left the restaurant business to spend more time with my family while my kids were young and now work in IT but I still throw down in the kitchen every day.
I make breakfast for my wife and daughter every morning before we all leave for work or school and I cook supper every evening.
I cook almost exclusively in cast iron, I really only boil pasta and boil eggs in anything else. So, stay tuned…
